📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in re-sellable condition
  • In its original packaging with tags
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless faulty.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU)

If your order is delivered to the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Items must still meet the return conditions outlined above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
